Due to our on-demand production process, we accept order cancellations only until 5 PM on the same business day you placed your order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are unable to accept cancellations after this time.
If you are eligible and wish to cancel, please submit your cancellation request by entering your information in the form below. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund. If you need to update the size or number of items in your order, please utilize the 'Update My Order' tab located in the navigation menu above.
UPDATE MY ORDER

Please note that as long as the form is submitted before 5pm on the day of order placement your order will be automatically updated. You will be notified via email once the update is processed.
INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If your order appears incomplete, please first check your packaging slip and the invoice that accompanied your order for additional information on incomplete orders.
